Great snack when you’re struggling to lose weight but crave snack food. Generous serving size and multiple flavours to choose from. I like the salted caramel the best!

Flavor is weak

I love popcorn, I practically have it every night for a snack. I tried this one, because of being on a diet. It's very weak in taste, nothing like the original smart food white cheddar. Other than the weak flavor, I still highly enjoyed this popcorn.

Awesome popcorn

I love the taste of this popcorn and the less fat and calories that make it better to snack on. the packaging was super pretty, it actually made me want to buy it really badly.

Flavoured popcorn

Been wanting to try for a while, on sale so there you go. Overall the taste is lightly cheddar flavour, not too salty! It is something I would buy again.

Smartfood Delight is a lighter popcorn. It comes in Salted Carmel, Sea Salt and Cheddar. The Sea Salt is a little bland but the other 2 flavors are awesome!
This snack is health friendly: 35 calories per cup and is the perfect snack!
