After hearing so many good things about this product I was eager to try it. I bought a smaller version of the green one it for $17 which I thought was a bit pricey considering it was only a trial size but I figured if it works then it will be worth it. My cheeks get really red in the winter & I've been looking for something that would reduce the redness. Unfortunately, this product did nothing for me. I liked the consistency of it & it left my skin soft but it didn't reduce the redness in my face at all. I actually returned it today & bought Physician's Formula Correcting Primer in green. I haven't tried it yet but hopefully it's better than this one.

I bought the purple one a few years ago and it's not even halfway done! A little goes a long way, and this product helps to create a smooth silky base on which to apply my foundation.

It is pricey, but then again it's smashbox, which of their product isn't pricey? Also, other competitive primers are also in the same price range, so the price isn't unreasonably high.

I bought the trial size of this since its so expensive but it was well worth it. I bought the one in peach and its soooo amazing. I have oily skin with red marks left from acne scars all over my face esp on my cheeks. I used this under a tinted moisturizer and used a powder. My skin looked very even and virutally scar free I thought it even gave a glow. It has an odd texture but once on your skin you cant feel its on and it doesnt have a nasty smell like other primers. I would definately buy this again.

After all the raves ive heard about this product, I decided to finally try it, and i was utterly disappointed. I thought at first it might have been the makeup that i was applying over it, but i tried both liquid and powder foundation and neither looked good. When i first applied it in the morning it was fine, but by lunch time i has foundation patches all over my face; and i know i applied it correctly. In my opinion, this product is overpriced, and although i have witnessed it working on others, its not for certain skin types. If you have oily skin, i dont recommend it or you will end up with some serious patchwork on your face!!

I love this product!! Im currently using the photo finish bronzing primer and its great. The formula is light, smooth and silky. The bronzer goes on sheer and gives you a wee bit of color on your skin. It makes your skin look and feel smooth.

I use the clear for most of my face but I also have a travel size in green for the few areas I have redness. Even though it is expensive the product lasts a long time since you only need on pump for your whole face. When I put it on my face feels so smooth and silky and helps prevent my makeup from sinking into my pores. If you are like me and hate that you have to reapply your makeup then you need to buy this product. It makes your makeup stay put even on those really hot days when makeup normally melts off. Fantastic product I can't live with out it.

I have always wanted to try this product but wasn't about to order it online but when I saw a local chain pharmacy was promoting it at a lower price, I couldn't pass it up.

I love how this primer goes on and readies my skin for makeup. Not only does it goes on smoothly, but I haven't had need to re-apply my makeup through the day. Plus, when I bought this, the cosmetologist provided me with samples of the lighter version for summer use when less is required and the heat won't melt it off.

Love it. It feels so soft on my skin. Glides on so easily. I usually blends it on with my finger. The liquid also has a shimmery texture to it that brightens up my face. It makes putting on foundation effortlessly as the foundation just glides on and spread out evenly. I also use Smashbox liquid foundation and the combo works beautifully. It gives the skin a very even tone, smooth and bright looking.

I went to a salon to get my makeup done and the woman used the green primer on me. I could not believe how soft it made my skin feel, and how well it worked to reduce the redness in my face. It also kept my complexion shine free!! I absolutely love this product!! I even wear it when im in a hurry without makeup because it makes my complexion look so healthy.

I'd purchased Smashbox's clear Photo Finish Foundation Primer once or twice over the years when I had a gift card to use in Sephora. It worked GREAT as a primer for makeup, I could see the difference in how long my makeup lasted throughout the day. However, the stuff was just too pricey to be a buy for my everyday makeup routine.

Then Smashbox came out with Photo Finish Color Correcting Primer. I have pale and sensitive skin on my face, that's almost always red. So I tried "Color Adjust"--the green bottle. It claims to diminish redness in addition to acting as a primer.

Spectacular product. I use it everyday. $40 on any makeup product to me isn't pocket change, but it works so well I'm going to say it's worth the investment. I try to use it more sparingly and concentrate on my red spots so I don't run out too quickly.
