It is ok
This is silicone, alcohol and oil free. This is a spray primer, instead of one that comes out of the tube. It was ok. I can not really notice much of a change in the longevity of my make lasting loner. I used this after make up application like a setting spray.
Great to melt down make up together, not really as a primer
I have used this in both ways, priming and melting down make up after powdering. Does not really do much as a primer, doesn't do anything for make up longevity, but melts down powders together on face nicely, looks more natural than cakey
I have been using this for a couple weeks now and some people may be right, it may just be a "glorified water".
I used to apply this first before my makeup and I don't see any difference. It didn't prep my skin at all for makeup so I ended up using a regular primer.
I am trying to really like it though.
I think it's an okay setting spray or refresher during the day.
I see no difference when I use this primer, it's nice to spray on your face to set your makeup though. I feel like it's just a useless step in my makeup routine. If you're a girl who likes to take a lot of time and products to get ready then by all means go for it, but for me I'm not going to repurchase. I have a ton of other facial sprays that will most likely do the same thing.
Smashbox created their primer water with a silicone, oil, and alcohol-free formula that’s apparently packed with electrolytes to restore moisture.
According to them it’s like an energy drink for your skin and provides lasting moisture.
I use in the Summer after my shower to refresh my face and add moisture, I use at night prior to my skincare regime, I use them in the Winter before any skincare or makeup to allow my skincare to absorb more easily…! I love them!
