Great Primer

I absolutely love the SMASHBOX PHOTO FINISH VITAMIN GLOW PRIMER! Overall I am not a huge fan of Smashbox primers, but this one changed my mind! It is vitamin enriched with vitamins B, C and E and gives my skin a nice healthy glow. I love that the product disperses a faint orange colour and smells a little like oranges! It applies easily and is not sticky upon application. It creates a soft and smooth canvas for my foundation and hides my pores and imperfections.

Amazing primer!

I absolutely fell in love with this primer! It did wonders for my aging skin as a base before my foundation. I usually use drugstore primers, but I could immediately tell the difference after using this higher end one. My pores were less visible through my foundation, and I find my makeup did last a bit longer than usual. I also liked the citrus scent; it really feels good in the skin:) My only issue is it is expensive. I would definitely make it a staple if it were half the price, but I don’t know if I could justify $50 on a primer to be honest.

Primers help with evening skin tone and for smooth longer lasting makeup. This one by smashbox called photofinish vitamin glow does just that. It has a nice citrus scent that isn’t strong. I put it on before makeup just a small amount and my skin looks smooth and hydrated. It’s good to use as a moisturizer by itself as well.

A Must have!!

I was really impressed with this product when I first tried it. It goes well on skin and gives a natural healthy glow that I’ve been looking for! It does not leave greasy feeling; I love that it feels like nothing on yet it keeps my skin hydrated and my makeup stays all day! I also like it’s citrus smell, it is just righ, so refreshing scent!.

Unlike so many other primers, the Smashbox Photo Finish Vitamin Glow Primer differs from its predecessors in terms of its texture. Instead of a balm or cream, you can expect a soft gel, similar to a thick serum. Infused with vitamins B, C, and E, this primer gives you an extra boost beyond just smooth skin.

The scent is citrus and not very strong. It’s just enough for a little pleasant touch and doesn’t linger for very long. Application was easy for the face, but it did take a few minutes to dry before I could apply makeup. When I did, I enjoyed that it blended my concealer beautifully into the skin, allowing for a soft “blurred” effect.

I didn’t observe any oily residue. I didn’t feel it dried out the skin, either, so those who need some extra hydration will enjoy this product. Plus, the primer is cruelty-free and vegan, so you can feel good using it while you look good.
