Doesn't plump but a great tint

This tint is very comfortable to wear and does stain which prolongs the wear considerably. I claims to plump the lips but I have never noticed any plumping effects. It smells like candy and applies pretty smoothly and evening. If I could find these in stores, I would buy a lot more.
