Fluffy and Chewy Sobeys for the win

I love merengue but suck at making them. They are often hard to find fresh and Still Fluffy like a marshmallow, yesterday I went to sobeys and thought I'd give them a try. Delicious! Even after being 3 days old they are still Fluffy like a marshmallow and hold their vanilla flavoring. Would definitely buy again.
