J'aime mon sodastream

Il y a 6 ans déjà que je me suis procuré un sodastream et il me sert encore aussi souvent. Je bois de l'eau pétillante comme une vraiment accro, donc, ma machine est aussi ma meilleure amie dans ma cuisine ;) Pour le prix, elle est sans aucun doute remboursée depuis toutes ces utilisations. Le goût est exactement celui auquel on s'attend.

Saving money with this machine

My husband loves his bubbly water... Perrier, club soda , we were spending so much money on the bottles not to mention the amount of recycling we had was crazy ! We had to try the soda stream ! He uses this everyday at least 3 times a day , our recycling has become more manageable. Love the product, we had to get another machine for the cottage

I love mine and use it every day!

I was given this for Christmas last year and I just love it. I use it every day; I used to drink a lot of club soda or Evian but that gets expensive and I'm not crazy about all the sodium. The refills seem expensive but they last forever - about 6 months by my count - and you get a discount when you return the empty cartridge.
I drink it plain or add a little fruit juice. I love my sodastream!!

For the seltzer lover

I purchased a Sodastream because I would buy 4-6 2litre bottles of seltzer each week and felt bad about all the bottles I was recycling and wasn't sure it I was being economical. I love the Sodatream and love that you can customize how much carbonation you want. The only thing is that the reusable bottle doesn't last me very long, so I have to refill it multiple times a day and actually end up using up the carbonation cartridge pretty quickly. The great thing is that if you exchange an empty cartridge at Bed, Bath & Beyond, you can a new one for 50% off! And you can use a 20% coupon on top of it! Though, because I drink so much seltzer, I've started buying bottles again from BJ's, and alternate between Sodastream and bottled.

Our family drinks o a lot of sparkling water and this machine seemed like a great idea and it was. Not only does it make great tasting, fresh sparkling water, it has saved us a lot of money. Also love the fact that it's great for the environment as there are no more plastic water bottles being used in our hone. Great product!

I've had this sodastream for a couple of months and love it. I've been trying to find ways to drink more water and this has helped me so much. I'm drinking more water and I don't have to buy carbonated bottle water anymore. It's also much more environmental sound!!

I've had my Sodastream for over a year and I use it daily! I am not a big fan of plain water but since I purchased the Sodastream, I am drinking much more water. I like that I can adjust the amount of carbonation I want and it saves money. It is also a healthier option than purchasing sodas! I would certainly recommend.

I love love LOVE my Sodastream! Although I have not tried any of the syrups you can purchase for it, I have been using my machine for many years. I will often carbonate water and add a splash of juice or if I am having a few adult beverages, some vodka and juice. It adds that little something extra to my water throughout the day.

I have used two different versions of the SodaStream machines and I've got to say I really enjoy them. When they first became popular I bought my dad a SodaStream Jet, this was a couple years ago and it is still working great today. I also personally own and use the SodaStream Genesis, this one was a great find from a second hand store and works amazing. My complaint about both machines is that they say the make an audible noise when you have added enough carbonation, however I have never been able to hear it so my water becomes too fizzed and explodes when I disconnect it or is not fizzy enough. I also wish the Co2 refills were a tad bit cheaper but I do appreciate that stores like Canadian Tire offer a cheaper price for returning your used canister. Overall I will continue to support this brand.

I love my Sodastream and use it every week!

I purchased my Sodastream because I knew using it would help me drink more water each day and I was right. My favourite use for the Sodastream is to carbonate my water after which I add either freshly squeezed lemon, lime or tangerine juice for a hint of flavour. Delicious, no calories and definitely makes it easy for me to drink all the water I need each day!

I have tried a couple of the Sodastream flavours you can buy. For me, they are just ok, but they do add sugars to your drink which for me defeats the purpose.

Quick tip: Carbonate your water BEFORE adding any flavours. If you add the flavour before carbonating (or try to carbonate a flat juice for example) it is almost a certainty that it will overflow in the carbonation process. I don't know why this happens exactly but it has happened to me enough that I feel confident advising against it!
