I just bought this product and I have to say it is very affective!!! It's very smooth and leaves a fresh scent of citrus. Though I do agree you have to apply it a few times.

Out of the three lip balms I received I LOVED the scent of this one. I'm a big fan of anything citrus. I used this product the most out of the three, at first.
After using this product several times a day for the first 5 or 6 days I developed a large rough patch on my lip. I stopped using the citrus balm and it cleared up immediately. While I'm convinced this was just a case of sensitive skin strikes again, I would recommend, if you suffer from sensitivity, sticking to the fragrance free product.

I really like the look and the lipstick-style, rather than the normal tube with a flat end that most lip balms have. It is nice to hold. Nice that it is all natural. It goes on smooth and is soft on the lips (not like some of the hard ones). I liked the smell when I first applied it. I was looking forward to this fragrance as I am fond of citrus smells. Unfortunately, the fragrance does not last as long as the lip balm. Too bad because it was a great smell. It appears to moisturize and stays on for an extended time. Unfortunately, it does not really moisturize, it creates a barrier, but my lips remained dry. One small quibble: no spf. It is too bad that it does not moisturize as well as it could because this product has much in its favour.
