So much fun!!
My kiddos loved this game! It reinforces the life skill of taking turns with the element surprise when the Soggy Doggy shakes his bath water on ya! It’s probably best for an adult to assemble this, although older kids might do just fine.
Kids loved it
we bought this game for the kids and they loved it. The range in ages from 5 to 11. Only downfall is that it did make a small mess with the water(it could be that my kids are completely responsible since they always make messes) but overall a great game.
So much fun
We got this game for my 4 and 2 year olds to play with while we don’t really follow the directions to see who wins, they both absolutely love the game! It is simple enough for both to play. We use the game to work on counting skills to go from space to space.
You get wet
My grandson wanted this game very badly as he seen the advertisment of it and thought it was the coolest. It first came with no instructions so had no idea how to play it...Then once we got the instructions, we have played it a few times, but its not nearly as fun as it looks....It didnt matter to us but you do get really wet also..
You WILL get wet
We purchased this game per the request of our son as he saw the commercials on tv. He did not like getting wet from the dog and we needed to clear a pretty large space to play so that other items did not get wet. He played it a few times, but then got bored.
My son is obsessed with this
This item is a really great game for kids. We had gotten it for our 4 year old son who has autism. he is really into any games for kids that are always on many youtube videos and this was one he kept seeing a commercial for. Sadly the one we had bought was a defective one target had sold us however when I contacted spin master they were so helpful and more than tried to helps us. Sadly due to the rules in place for covid 19 we couldn't return the broken game to Target and spin master had none in their warehouse. However the customer support representative I spoke with sent my son a paw patrol toy that was more than worth the doggy game as a way of compensation which i appreciated.
Not all it's cracked up to be
This game seems to be over rated. The doggy doesn't really shake off water. It's a rubber dog that kinda shakes it off. It's nothing like I expected it. My kid only played with it once. Save your money for a classic board game. Not my favorite game ever.
great funny family time
this was a great family fun game my kids played it all the time my youngest unfortunatly thought the doggy was actually a toy and took it to school and it got ripped.... but we are going to purchase again because they really enjoyed when the dog splashed and got them wet they thought it was hilarious
Soggy Doggy
I bought this game for my daughter for her birthday and after playing it a couple of times the water doesn't work anymore. It was a fun game until it quit working! I wouldn't buy another one because it wasn't a cheap game to begin with and I'm afraid the next one would break also and then the game is pointless.
Not so soggy doggy
Soggy Doggy is more likely to make a puddle on the floor than spray water at the kids playing. Even after dumping multiple cups of water (much more than the recommended squirts from the tub's sprayer) the dog does not hold the water to shake it off. If you do decide to try and play it, I recommend doing it outside so you do not have to mop up the puddle under the tub. Young kids (3-4 years) do enjoy playing due to the concept, just don't expect the doggy to get you wet.
