worst game

not only is this messy its just boring , it also tore the very first time we put it together and even my 5 yr old who likes everything was bored after the very first time we played it now it sits on the self for over a year and no one wants to play

Crappy quality toy

My kids got this game and we found it to be not the best quality. As well our dog seemed to grow some mold looking spots after one use of being wet and then the kids putting it away until next time they wanted to play it. For that reason I would not recommend or buy this game again, ours was thrown out after one use, which was disappointing as they did enjoy the actual play part of it.

Could have been better

I was so excited to get this product and play it with the family. The dog shakes out water but not unless your face is right up next to the dog you won't get any water anywhere near you. It's not what we were hoping for.

Not worth buying

Was so excited to get this game for my kids but the water doesn't work and the rubber piece for the dogs "fur" won't stay on. It doesn't function at all how they advertised

What a flop.

My son wanted this game so badly as it sounded like a lot of fun and so we bought it him for Christmas. It actually became a pain to get out because
1) it's pretty anti-climatic - the dog doesn't really splash you as the cover seems to promise. It shakes but the water scarcely touch anybody, even if you are up close to it.
2) Although you don't get wet, your table and floor will. It's a wet mess. It would often just leak everywhere and you would end up with puddles on the table, floor and soakers. Keep a bunch of paper towel handy when you play.
We actually hide it in the back of the closet now, hoping he never asks to play it.

Not worth the money

My child wanted this so bad for Christmas.
It doesn't work as it is seen on tv. It doesn't shake like it does on the commercials, yes its cute bit he was disappointed in it. He's 8 and we play game a lot in the family. Not what we thought it would be didn't shake water like advertised and the concept of the game wasn't that great.

Not Impressed

This game was one of my 10yr old son's requests for Christmas and we were both sorely disappointed. The assembly was fairly easy but it was boring and the dog did not at all shake like they advertise it to do.

You fell apart and didn't do as advertised

Was supposed to spray and be a ton of fun... it wasn't. It fell apart and broke on the first use. It didn't spray at all and was just a terrible disappointment for my daughter. Big flop.

Not what I was hoping for at all....

The kids were super excited to see the Soggy Doggy game. We set it up and realized you would have to sit really close together to be able to reach the board. It is so much smaller in comparison to the photos. The kids started playing and when one of them landed on the pump handle, the water ran off of the dog and right onto the table, completely missing the tub. By the time the dog was “activated” to shake, there was hardly any water coming off of it. You literally have to stick you face super close to the game to get wet, at all. I wouldn’t recommend this game for ages 6 & up, as they would get bored with it super fast. I also noticed there are a lot of high ratings for this game. Either people didn’t want to be honest for fear of them not getting picked again to sample things (which the whole reason you got chosen was for an HONEST review) or their kids are young and just like the fact that the dog shakes. Either way, I would suggest passing on this game and finding one that most kids, of any age, would enjoy.

was excited but....

I was so happy when I found out that I could try soggy doggy game and give my honest opinion about it. I surprised my kids and they immediately wanted to play with it. We cleared a table and I put new batteries in there. When we were ready to play, I put on the power button but it wasn't coming on. I tried new batteries again and it finally started working. We started playing the game and we were waiting to a litle wet but honestly, the table got more wet than we did. We had a fun time but only played with it for two times then the kids got bored. The dog was also very flimsy when we put it on and we had to keep putting it on. I really wouldn't recommend buying this product for the price it is stating. This is my honest opinion.
