Smells so good but overpriced

I’ll start saying that this was the first time trying Sol De Janeiro products, therefore I cannot compare with the original Bum Bum Cream.

The texture of this lotion is almost gel-like and it left a bit of tacky/sticky sensation on my skin. However, this feeling goes away within minutes and eventually the product feels weightless on my skin. So as long as you use a small amount, you should not experience too much stickiness.

The coconut scent is surely sweet but I have to say it is not overpowering, even if it lasts for few hours.

Hydration-wise, it did a good job at keeping my body skin hydrated for 24 hours.

Also, the turquoise packaging is very pretty and, above all, recyclable.

Would I repurchase? No! I don’t think it is worth the price. There are great lotions out there at a more reasonable price.

A great cream

this is a really nice smelling coconut cream, its super light weight, i didnt love it as much as the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream but thats just because i love the scent of the bum bum cream very much, this cream is also more light weight than the Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream

Omg this stuff smells soooo goooods

I received this lil jar in my Boxycharm a little while back. When i opened it to smell it, because that’s always the first thing i do, OMG i wanted to just eat it for dessert. Lol. It smell like caramalized pecans. Besides the smell being so devine i must say that it is very moisturizing. Also it absorbs quite fast and doesn’t leave a greasy feel behind.

I love love love the smell of this product! It smells like a mix of buttered popcorn and coconut! Great moisturizing abilities without the greasy feel. Will buy again for sure. Great brand.

This sol de Janeiro cream is very nice,gives my skin a boost, very rich and creamy. The formula is a cream kinda gel. The smell is amazing is like you are opening a coconut, love it.
