Never having seen this flavour before of cider I figured I'd give it a try. The price was very comparable to other 500mL cans of flavoured ciders. The flavour was light and crisp without being too sour or too sweet. Which I appreciated as I wondered if the rhubarb would make it too sour as natural rhubarb out of the garden is. It was refreshing and very authentically rhubarb, which was also nice as so many other rhubarb products tend to mix it with strawberry or other fruits. I was surprised to find no rhubarb listed in the ingredients unless it is hiding in the "natural flavour" and was equally surprised by the lemon juice and carrot extract added. This likely will be one cider that I will repurchase come summer.
