Formula: The pigment formula varies from color but for the most part are soft and easy to blend. The matte shades are not as silky as the shimmers and when I say shimmer it is barley a whisper of it. There is no tacky glitter so this palette is great for all age's and perfect for day time use. I found the lightest color and the peachy type shadow a bit on the chalky side. The rest were pretty good and had decent wear. They were better worn with my own primer than the base that's included. The shadow base is too dark and changes the colors as well as flaking a little. I didn't like this shadow base at all. They should consider a clear base next time.

Bottom line: Overall, the colors in this kit are sweet soft neutral shadows that brighten up your eyes and give you a nice no make-up look. While the colors are semi-sheer and light you can build on them for more drama using a better quality base applied underneath. This is a kit that I'll probably grab for everyday wear. I'm glad I finally purchased this palette for myself and it was an affordable price to indulge in. It's not the best of shadow's in your looking for high intensity rich shades but suitable for a fresh soft nude eye look. The name Sweet Nothings say's it all. I also think this is a fun kit for teens to have because little girls have no business wearing smoky eyes. Uh, kids today... I'm happy with my buy and would recommended you purchase this palette before they are all gone
