Son wouldn't touch it

Everyone, like everyone, talks about this being a must have baby teether. So of course, I had to splurge and buy it. When my son was little he would literally put everything in him mouth except Sophie. No idea why, just did not like it. I bought a rubber cow teether that was very similar to Sophie and he loved it.

A decent teether but not worth the price tag

We bought this teether for our first baby. It worked good as a teether but it smelled strongly of rubber. I also noticed that the spots on the giraffe became really faded and can only assume my daughter was consuming it. We lost the toy after a few months and didn’t want to spring for another one.

No good

I have not purchased this Sophie because I heard terrible things about it. I actually thought it was taken off the market. It might be a better product now but I heard that mould would get into the giraffe and a ton of people cut into it and found that out. It’s not something I would want to risk with my baby so I never purchased one

Babies’ favorite!

All my kids loved Sophie as babies. It helps soothe their gums and the sound keeps them entertained when not being munched on. The ears, the mouth and the legs provide three different touches and options for the babies to move around as they need. It’s my favorite toy to recommend other mums and give as a gift to some!

My baby loves it!

To be honest, I didn't get what all the hype was about with this toy. It looks like a glorified squeak toy that you would give to a pet haha. And it pained me to know that it cost something like $25 and that some parents had found mold in theirs after prolonged use. I received this as a gift at my baby shower and I'm so glad I did! My little one adores this thing and watching her face light up when it squeaks is actually one of the best feelings. It's worth it just for that. My little one is 3 months old so not sure how it's going to hold up, but for now, she loves it!

Sophie la meilleure amie ♡

Mes enfants ont adoré ce produit. C'est incroyable tellement les enfants tombent accros à Sophie. ♡ En plus, vraiment facile à nettoyer. Rapport qualité prix = incroyable.

Such a cute toy

This was one of the best toys I’ve ever bought for my little niece. She absolutely loves this toy, and still takes it with her every where. The rubber was hard so she couldn’t break through it with her teeth, and it was easy to wash, doesn’t leave that weird residue on the surface of the toy so that’s a plus!

Not impressed!

I got 2 of these as a present for my twins from a friend. I liked how cute it was and thought it would definitely be one of those toys my babies would love and use for quite a while. Sadly, they weren't any where near the quality i expected and we did not use them long as it was hard to clean and i always worried about the inside of the toy getting moldy. Not worth the price!

Number one for my son! But....

My son had this when he first started to get his teeth. We had it for about 2months i washed and air dryed it everyday sometimes more.. We couldnt figure out why it always smelled like it was dirty. So one day me and my spouse deside to cut its one leg open and we come to find mold in it and im talking like black black inside of the giraffe so we cut the whole thing in half and only to find it was filled with mold. Beware of washing it to much i guess thats the only thing i can think of why its insides turned to mold.

Worth it.

Some people think this toy is overpriced... it is so well thought out it’s ridiculous! Intelligently designed for wee ones to learn effectively. They love it!
