I fell into the Sophie The Giraffe hype and ended up getting it for my daughter when she was teething even though I found it ridiculously priced. Shes made of a natural rubber and a non a toxic paint so it's safe for a your little one to chew on. Its easy to clean. I even sterilized it a right after taking it out of the box. Unfortunatelyut my daughter enjoyed chewing on everything except Sophie. She held it in her hands all but seconds before throwing it. I kept giving it back to her and she would throw it away. I tried on a few other occasions but she wanted no part of it. I'm going to put it up for my upcoming interview June baby and hope she enjoys it during her teething period. If not I wasted money on a cute looking, squeaky rubber toy.

I love Sophie.. Too bad my daughter doesn't really care for her lol. I have so much Sophie merchandise from toys to books etc, so I was hoping my daughter would be obsessed with her teether, but she has no interest! Very good quality though

This giraffe is so soft and easy to hold for little hands. My daughter's first toy that she held and took along with her. Easy to chew and gentle on her mouth. This is always a must have for every baby

Great investment i used it for both of my kids . I dont know what exactly about this toy but babies loves it. It rubbery very chewable. Cant go anywhere without it. I cheaped out and bought the cheaper version aka villy do not buy ut too thin, not my sophie

My son was give Sophie as a Christmas gift. I thought spending that kind of money on a baby toy was ridiculous but my son absolutely loved it. I'm not sure what makes this toy different from all the others but it is definitely a favourite.

sophie the giraffe is so expensive but it is a baby's chewing best way to deal with toy. Easy to grasp, easy to bite into, easy to chew, helps provide relief.

Its just a glorified teething toy with a cute story behind it. The price of Sophie is insane. You can purchase a few different toys and teethers for the price of one Sophie.

My child loves Sophie it's a great product for teething an playing if I hadn't received one for my baby shower I'm not sure I would have bought one since they are very expensive

I have to say I don not have any kids, however I do have three nephews and they all love Sophie! My sister was a wreck when she lost Sophie and I had no idea what she was talking about. When I saw how much it calmed down her son I was amazed. Also she seems to last forever! She has lasted through three boys now!

My son absolutely love his sophie now that he's teething ! He always has it in his mouth ! We cannot forget sophie if we go out for some shopping, she is very easy to hold on to so we don't need to hold it for him. I definitely would recommend it for any babies that are teething but she is quite expensive. Glad I received it at my baby shower because I would of never spent that money
