A bit overrated for the price

Our daughter was never a fan of this teether. It was very expensive and it wasn't worth the money. It's difficult to clean to avoid growing mold on the inside. Would not recommend.

It's not that great

We got this as a gift at our baby shower for our little man. Everyone ravs about how great it is but there are better, cleaner and cheaper teethers out there. He loved it at first but I don't like that you can only wipe it down, and if you get the cloth too wet, water can go inside the squeaker hole. Which happened to us, I don't want him to have something in his mouth that potentially has black mold inside from trapped moisture. Would be better with a bell instead of the hole for the squeakee.

Not the best

Not really Worth the hype... This giraffe get nasty inside very quick with all the saliva from babies mouths, I wouldn't waste my money on this again.

If I have another child, I'm sure I'm not going to buy it.

My son was born in 2019 so of course I bought Sophie la girafe as she was so popular. For which is for the reduction of the pain of the pushing of teeth to my son I cannot affirm if it to work well however I can say that it did not last more than 6 months than it was already piercing. The squealing to cease after a few months as well. Also, the hole is not a very good idea because how can we prevent mold with hard access legs? What I wouldn't buy back if I have another child.

So much mold!!

We received 3 Sophie’s as baby gifts so we though she must be magical! Our baby loved it, and as most things do, it went straight in her mouth.... and stayed there during teething.

Well, I went to clean it one day and noticed a spot that wouldn’t come off. It turned out it was on the inside upon closer inspection. I cut it open and it was FILLED with mold!! I am so disgusted that I let my baby out that thing in her mouth.

Babies love it, parents hate it

Such a sweet looking toy and would be great for those little teethers! However, due to the fact it has a hole/vent, water can get trapped inside and start making it moldy. As a mum I would rather my baby did not put a moldy toy in his mouth, so sadly I wouldn’t buy again.

The kids love it but wish it was more durable for the price

I feel like every new mom needs this for her baby. We love everything Sophie but now 3 years later she is filthy and getting cracks/breaking. So I just feel like either the price point should be lower or it should be better made.

Not Sure About the Hype

I’m not sure what everyone loves about this giraffe. It’s like $24 and to me just like any other teething toy out there. They have a hole in them that if misfire gets inside they get moldy too. Not something I would ever recommend.

I bought this following reviews and it has been great as my little one loves it. The only problem is that we discovered after 3weeks of use that it flakes, probably not great in that respect for it to go in baby’s mouth. Also do not put toy in water as you can’t clean the inside

Didn’t work for my daughter

Got this for my daughter when she was a baby, she was never that into the toy, but she wasn’t that into teething toys so maybe it was just her. The one that we got looked like the paint was coming off but customer service was really good to send a replacement
