there are not to many surfer movies available to watch yet alone one staring a female. i really enjoyed this movie. had a great story line to it. would watch again.

Inspiring and Powerful Movie

This was an inspiring and powerful movie. It's based on a real-life story about a girl named Bethany Hamilton who loses her arm in a shark attack while she's surfing. The fact that Bethany fights to go back on a surfboard even after all the fear she's experienced is incredible. She doesn't let anything bring her down. This shows anything is possible if we want it bad enough.

Good movie

This was such a good movie. I cried a lot but the movie was so well made.. The actors did awesome telling this true story. It's sad but powerful. I Deffinitely recommend watching if you haven't already.

This was a really powerful movie! I love movies based on real life true stories. This was very well portrayed and had excellent acting. The shark attack scene scared the daylights out of me! The way Bethany comes back to surfing after losing her arm is amazing and inspiring. I love this movie.

Wow! This movie was absolutely incredible. True stories are my favorite and this one was so beautifully done. I cried a lot watching this movie and was also blown away by how she overcame her fears.

This was an AMAZING story--- based on a true story about a surfer who lost her arm in a surfing accident with shark. It is so inspirational, faith based--- about facing fears and learning to go through obstacles and still accomplish your dreams!

This is such a great and inspirational movie. I am drawn towards based on a true story movies and this is one for the record books. The strength that a human can posses in the face of a tragedy is amazing, the fact that she never gave up and found a way to live her dream after a horrific accident is inspirational and heart warming.
