Ate these long before I dieted

For the last year I have been counting calories. This was one of the easiest things to keep in my diet. One carton has only 35 calories and 4 grams of protein!! That is better than eggs. They have lots of flavours but in my opinion the plain ones are best. I usually add cut up fruit in them or use it smoothies.

I have purchased this type of yogurt frequently. It comes in so many different flavors. I like that it's low calorie but still filling. My whole family loves it. It's great with fruit or granola but also by itself.

This is one of the best tasting yogurts. Bonus is, if you are looking at the ingredients, it is one of the few brands that has the least amount of sugar.

Source yogurt is my favorite go-to post workout snack. I love the creaminess and intense flavor of this yogurt. Also, because I'm conscious of my caloric intake, the individual cups are a perfect size.

J'adore ce yogourt, il y a plusieurs saveurs qui goûte vraiment très bonne. Cette semaine j'ai mangé ceux à la tarte à la lime, ça fait différent, pas beaucoup de compagnie offre ce genre de saveur.

This is my all time favorite brand of yogurt it tastes really well comes in a lot of different flavors and is not to thick I would recommend this product to any dairy lover.

Usually, I buy the strawberry Source yogurt to add into a homemade strawberry banana smoothie. This stuff blends easier than many other brands I have tried and it tastes a lot better in the smoothie or by itself. Also, I used to add granola to the top of it and eat it like a parfait. Tastes amazing! I know this'll sound weird, but the only complaint I have about it is the fact they change the packaging all the time. It makes it more difficult to find the right flavour while you're in a rush. For example, the last time they changed the packaging of the strawberry type, they switched it from pink to yellow! I was in a rush and almost didn't buy it because I thought it was the peach type.

This is an amazing yogurt. it's rich creamy taste and many different flavours will give you a treat every time.
