Southbrook Framboise (Fruit Wine)

This year I decided to treat myself and to try new wines, coolers, ciders etc for some special "Me time". The first on my list was Southbrook Framboise, a Canadian Fruit Wine from raspberries. So on our 10th Anniversary in July we decided to try this. We quite in enjoyed it! It had a wonderful raspberry flavour without being too tart. Beautiful scent of fresh raspberries. I like that the taste seemed to linger. We didn't pair it with a meal, we just had a late evening drink. We probably be nice with a salad or a not too sweet dessert. If you like fruity wine or drinks I suggest giving this a try.
