These have the familiar texture of a meringue which is made of primarily sugar and egg whites. These are crunchy on the outside but when you take a bite they are somewhat powdery and hollow on the inside. They almost melt in your mouth. These can be messy so eat them over a dish and powder and crumbs can go everywhere. The green tea taste really comes through and makes this flavor less sweet than some of the other flavors such as strawberry. It tastes like fresh, high-quality green tea was used.
