    For tired eyes

When I saw this eye mask first time.... it reminded me of the sleeping masks I’d used when travelling 🧳 so I thought 💭 this is just another sleeping 😴 mask but I was proved wrong by @spacemasks

The outer side of the mask has a galaxy print similar to the packaging, and is made from soft, almost felt-like material. The inner side is softer fabric material. Inside the packet was the mask which, to be honest, felt a lot like sponge-y.

As soon as I put mask on, I could feel the mask slowly warming up and then hotter, with a glorious jasmine scent drifting up my nostrils.

The sensation of the pads slowly warming was a little odd, and once I adjusted to the feeling I found I was zoning out.  The heat was not as intense as I first thought it would be.

This is a Vegan and cruelty free product which I like about brands. I enjoyed a new experience but not sure 🤔 it helped much... I guess it’s to be used for extremely tired eyes which I don’t have much coz I love my sleep 💤

Never thought an eye mask could be this relaxing!

This is my first time using a heated eye mask and I am impressed. Once I opened up the package and put the loops behind my ears I thought this is not working. What a scam. And then the mask started to slowly release heat and it was absolute heaven. Apparently the iron particles in the mask react when exposed to oxygen molecules. It also has a light scent of jasmine that relaxed me even more. Although it says to leave the mask on for 15 minutes I left it on for an hour until it no longer heated. Unfortunately I used this in the early evening but next time I will definitely try it right before bed. It has the look and feel of a sleeping mask and the elastic loops fit comfortably around the ears. It definitely made me feel like snuggling up in bed and going to sleep. After a long day it made my eyes feel less puffy and tired. I am now inspired to try other brands of heated masks like this.

Spacetastic Spacemask Are A Must Buy!

I first had the pleasure of trying Spacmasks self heating eye mask when I reviewed

    The Mummy Club Box
back in January 2018 (it was my first review for another blog. A year has passed and my love for spacemasks has grew and I also love watching the founder with her family on the Spacemasks Instagram Stories.
Spacemasks is a self heating eye mask, this is possible by the thin layer of iron shavings coming into contact with the oxygen molecules in the air (this is why it starts heating soon as you open and remove it from it's foil packaging) and to be honest this completely geeks me out like a big kid as I used to love science at school. The spacemasks also have the slightest essence of Jasmine the beautiful flower/herb not me or the Disney princess (sorry I was trying to be funny).

So it was a year ago I first tried Spacmasks and fell in love with this product as it helps to relax me so I can drift off. As a mum sometimes I find it hard to fall asleep as my body and mind is on constant alert especially last year when I was still breastfeeding. I have severe asthma and sciatica that also adds to my lack of sleep but thanks to spacemasks I have a way to relax and just let go because once that eye mask is on I start to drift off within minutes giving me the much needed sleep I have been day dreaming about. The spacemasks heat usually lasts around 15 minutes and is also great for relieving migraines as well as helping you drift off to sleep.

Since last year I have bought so many of these mainly when I can't sleep and nothing else is working I go hunting online for some and have spent over £6 for just one because sometimes certain products are worth paying a little extra especially when they actually do what they promise. Spacemasks are also perfect if you suffer from migraines.

Spacemasks can be bought on their website http://www.spacemasks.com/ The spacemasks usually come in a box of 5 for £15.
