The special k astry crisps strawberry are so good and good for you. I myself am on a diet and these are the pefect snack when you are watching your caleries. They are only 100 caleries perserving. The price is great as well. highly recommend

I LOVED these. A good snack to tie you over between meals..Great for lunches for adults AND children.
I love the Strawberry flavor, it reminds me of poptarts but you can feel less guilty about eating these instead.

Taste super good but it has absolutely no nutritional value so I get hungry like 15 minutes late .

I started watching my calories in Jan. and have lost 30 lbs. these bars come 2 to a package and a total of 100 calories , they are a lovely snack with a cup of tea in the afternoon. I love the cinnamon ones
