I first tried these out on a recommendation from a family member. They tasted great, and were perfect for a healthy lifestyle. I get them all the time now, and have them for a snack at work!

I buy these when they come on sale. They taste good and I don't feel guilty when I treat myself.

Not bad for a light snack. Emphasis on light. Not very satisfying, but the flavour is nice. The chocolate ones are the best, the fruit ones tend to be too sugary for a healthier fruit snack. Not my first choice.

I found it too sweet and like any low cal dessert, you can taste the artificial sweetness that is overwhelming. But if you like danishes with frosting on it, it's a similar level of sweetness.

They are nice and sweet, but kind of dry. I wish they were more filling, but when you ask for a 100 calorie processed snack, of course the portion sizes go down. But they're a nice little munch!

I've been buying the strawberry flavour for quite some time now & enjoy them quite a bit. However, I was a bit hesitant to buy the the cookies & creme flavour because I often find that the 'healthy chocolate' flavours taste very artificial. Recently I received a sample of this flavour in a sampler box in the mail, so I gave it a shot & to my pleasant surprise I loved it! The taste was much better than expected & I like that I can feel good about eating Special K snacks because they're a healthier alternative to many other options out there. The 1 thing I would change though (& I recognize that this comes with the territory of being a portion & calorie controlled snack), is I wish that they would be more filling; they really only tie me over for a short time until my next meal before I'm hungry again.

Good tasting product with nice flavors. That said, the product doesn't look like the image on the box which is more appetizing.

J'aime bien ces barres en collation. Elles ont vraiment bon goût. Pas contre, je trouve leur format un peu trop petit et un peu cher. Tout de même une bonne option santé.

Very good! Taste like Oreo cookies. Low calories and good for all cravings regardless of the time!
