I have been pleasantly surprised by the latest additions to the Special K line. I had stopped buying their cereals for awhile as there were more options with more fibre and protein, but I recently bought this Special K protein and really liked it! Nice subtle vanilla taste and works well with both milk and yogurt. I've already bought a second box :)

This is really yummy. I look for anything will added protein and its delicious.

I had a coupon so bought a box at a great price ($1.99 at Shoppers Drug Mart) and I loved it!
The flakes are crunchy in milk and don't get soggy before I finish a bowl.
Surprisingly I do feel fuller longer, so have kept buying Special K Protein Cereal and now my hubby is hooked on it too!

It is hard to find high protein items that won't break the calorie bank. This provides great protein and carb blend esp if mixed with Greek yogurt!

I bought this cereal looking for something new to add to my yogurt. I found it not only great in my yogurt, but also made a great mid-day snack. It's got a good crispy crunch to it, without getting too soggy.

I was skeptical about this cereal and had no intention of buying it but tried it as a sample at a grocery store and it was quite good. The taste is good my only concern is how full would it leave me feeling. If I can find it on sale at a good price will pick up and a box and try but must find it at the right price.
