Tastes great, gives worst stomach cramps and diarrhea

This cereal tastes amazing. But the protein in it is a soy protein that many people cannot tolerate. It gives intense gas and for me causes diahhrea. I’m all for high fibre and protein, but not at the expense of my digestive system. This cereal just doesn’t agree with me and I wouldn’t buy it again for that reason.

Not bad but not my favourite.

I picked this up because I had a coupon for a free box and I regularly buy Kellogg's cereals. I'm not a huge fan of vanilla flavouring though, so this probably wasn't going to be a huge hit for me right from the start. I do like the clusters of granola and the majority of the other ingredients. As well, it stays crunchy in the milk and that's a huge plus for me. Sadly, the vanilla just doesn't appeal.

For some reason.. I didn't like this at all my taste buds just didn't agree with it. It just tasted bland when I had it for the first time. Then tried it again a couple times and I just don't like the taste of it. I had to add banana on my last try.

Good cereal, but tastes a little fake to me. Like other kinds of protein cereal better.

The taste of this cereal was not bad and indeed it does have more protein than the average cereal however it also has a ton more sugar than those I regularly buy as well and that I'm not a fan of. Special K brands itself as a diet friendly option but I don't see how 10 g of sugar per serving is a step towards achieving that.

finally a cereal with protein! it is much more filling then sugr natural cereal. I use it as a snack though not in milk........it tastes like a broken up granola bar. I just hope the claim for 10 gram protein is true! low calorie and honestly if you want to be healthy- you cannot do better then this for 'granola'

I tried this cereal and thought it would be a great start to my morning. The cereal definitely filled you up, but it felt like I was eating a bowl of Styrofoam, that had no taste. To me the cereal was a bit too chunky, there was too much going on, and it was heavy. Not my favorite.
