Love the taste and that I can take it to work , if I do not eat breakfast at home .Convenient to stick in my purse also if I am out and WANT A PICK ME UP. I FIND IT SOME WHAT PRICEY SO LOOK FOR SALES

I did not like these at all. I drink a lot of protein shakes/meal replacements and this was one of my least favorites.

Very good flavor, It sustitute a meal or help keep moving in between but there is a little expensive.

The Special K Protein Shakes in Mocha are actually quite tasty. They do seem to fill you up a bit more than the regular Special K Morning Shakes. The Mocha flavour are rich and chocolately - but not too sweet tasting. Great for those mornings when you have no time. They can be a bit expensive - about $7.99 for (4). Right now there is a tear pad coupon available for $1.00 off - which basically just covers the bottle recycle fee!
