I love this cereal, crunchy and sweet, and a low fat choice for breakfast. It is also great as a snack, without milk.

This stuff is great! Its not you sweet sugary covered deliciousness but if your looking for a grown up cereal or watching your waistline thin i do recomend trying this out. I do find it is on sale a lot so its a great price but when its not then ya, it can be a bit much. It does make a really tasty dessert instead of grabing something a little to heavy and the tast is a nice crunchy texture with a hint of vanilla. It doesnt turn to instant soggyness once you add milk but i do suggest not to doddle when your eating it or you will get a few mushy bites.

I eat this on occasion when it's on sale or someone else buys it. It has a great calorie count so you stay on track and can also be tossed on top of Greek yogurt or eaten dry as a snack.



Although sometimes this can be a little too sweet for me, I know I am getting a good diet based on fibre and whole grains.

Worth every penny because it is just so tasty. The texture is great too, because of the crunchy almonds.

I got a free box of this cereal and I was really disappointed I found that it was to sweet and a bit on the hard side
