I love this cereal. I eat it for breakfast as well as a snack in the afternoon. It has a really nice vanilla flavor and it has good sized almond pieces. The cereal doesn't get soggy in milk,which is also a plus. I hate soggy cereal.

Jadore vraiment ces cereales. Faible en gras avec des morceaux d'amande c'est une excellente facon de commencer la journée du bon pied. Il y a cependant un hic... Son prix quand meme élevé pour des cereales mais elles valent la peine d'attendre les soldes.

This cereal is delicious! I love the texture, especially when I pour milk on top. The combination of vanilla flavour and almonds works perfectly. It is great for adults who want to eat better and still have energy in the morning. Special K can be rather pricey, though, so I always make sure to buy it only when it is on sale. I will definitely buy this cereal in the future.

I never eat cereal since I'm lactose intolerant and eating dry cereal seemed dumb. This cereal however tempted me because I love vanilla. I ended up eating a whole box in about 3 days. It wasn't so crunchy that it hurt my teeth without milk to soften it, and the vanilla flavor was subtle but good. Only complaint was not enough almonds.

I love this cereal so much. It's super crunchy, and tastes so good. I'm not sure if it's really all that "healthy", but I feel a lot better eating this than super sugary kids cereal in the morning.
