this cereal is wonderful no matter what time of day you eat it

It's my go to cereal. Great for a single gal to grab a quick breakfast for supper kind of food. Ohh and it's without the guilt

I eat this on occasion when it's on sale or someone else buys it. It has a great calorie count so you stay on track and can also be tossed on top of Greek yogurt or eaten dry as a snack.



Although sometimes this can be a little too sweet for me, I know I am getting a good diet based on fibre and whole grains.

Worth every penny because it is just so tasty. The texture is great too, because of the crunchy almonds.
