I don't feel you save money in the long run.

I used Arm & Hammer Clump & Seal for years because it's all that worked for 2 cats, one small and a very large Maine Coon I had for 16 years. I now have 2 smaller cats, 6 & 7 lbs. I felt I could save money switching to this, it's less than half the price. Gave this product 4 months of use. I've decided it's not saving me money and it's generally awful lol!

Cons...
*the dust is incredible. I tuck my nose in my shirt when I pour it
*urine doesn't clump, it just turns to thicker, muddy sand for the most part
*I used a very large open litter box and fill it generously. The urine turns to unclumped muck patches. I end up scooping the mud patches out with no sifting to get it clean, wasting surrounding litter. My previous litter clumped hard & scooped so well, there was no waste upon cleaning
*it takes forever to scoop
*it smells bad after a few days because it saturates with urine quickly
* this box of litter lasts me one month, my previous litter lasted me two with far superior function on all fronts

Pros...
*it does dry out poop
*if you're really strapped for cash in the moment, it is a better option than traditional non clumping litter and will get you by.

Smelly cat.. what are they feeding you!

I have been buying high name brand kitty litter for along time now beacuse in the title alone it promised a better smelling way. Honestly it sucked it was just a harsh perfume smell with ka ka. The special kitty honestly I find is way better it dosent leave a harsh smell the only down side is when you change litter the cloud of dust it leaves behind. For me its worth it tho.

Great product!

This is a great cheap product and I won't use anything else! I used to use another brand (because it was cheap and people raved about it), but I found it to be too dusty!
This litter is less dusty (although not completely) and clumps much better.

Good for the price

I received this from a friend who didn't need it. I was sceptical at first but I tried it and it worked really well. It clumped well and helped with the odor.

Wouldnt buy ever again

Bought this instead of my usual litter after I moved towns and couldnt find my usual brand in the store. I have two cats and clean their litter once a day, and have multiple boxes around the house. It worked well with drying their poop out but doesnt clump when peed in. Anytime I would try to scoop it just crumbled and fell back into the box. It also stuck badly to the sides and bottom of the pan which made it hard to scoop out. After a few days the boxes begin to reek of urine and I have to just throw the whole pan of litter out and wash it. I have used this litter once before and the same thing was happening so it wasnt just this one box. I would not reccomend this product and wouldnt buy again.

Great for multiple cats

At my house we have 2 cats so a good cat litter is a must have I love special kitty because it performs properly, it clumps and is scented so the smell is handled nicely after a day you don't smell it and can clean it once a day without worrying about the sent

This stuff is a cat owners dream!

This litter is great! It comes in a huge 18 kg box for around 7.99! Special kitty is a walmart brand so you can only find it there. This litter is great for multicat use, it traps odors and i dont need to change it as often as other litters. The only thing i dont like about it, is the dust! Other than that it is a great product for the price.

This is a great cheap cat litter it does everything it says in the box, it clumps with out sticking to the box, it's scented and easy to remove one of the only cat litter I buy !

This cat litter works ok if you stay up on cleaning your litter box. Its not amazing it clumps but when you go to scoop some #1 "chunks" break apart and separate so clean up isn't always pleasant and you can't work fast so sometimes its just best to use less and empty it fully instead of scooping. I buy it based on the price tag at $12 for 22 kg i'll take the extra time to scoop the chunks so they don't break apart.
