Spectrum balsamic vinegar is great to mix with olive oil in a dressing for salads. Knowing that it is organic makes me feel good about how it was manufactured.

Just bought this Balsamic Vinegar last weekend and I must say it is very good. Its not your typical Balsamic Vinegar. It has such a nice light taste, with a sour edge at the end of it. I used this vinegar too make my salads. It mixes very well and doesn't make your salad soggy. I really like that it comes in an organic option as well. You can also use this vinegar too marinate your meats, make salad dressing/dips, mix in with soups/stews and it also goes extremely well when you make this as a sauce for dipping your bread in! It tasted so good just mix it with oil and its amazing!

This product is non-gmo, vegan, 10 calories (huge plus when using as a salad dressing), low fat, zero saturated fats, low sodium, no artificial colors, flavours or preservatives!!
