I suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome caused by an autoimmune disease, and in the month that I've been using this Lightphoria light, it has improved my tiredness and fatigue more than any of the numerous natural supplements I've taken have. It is not a cure-all, and I am still tired sometimes, but any improvement is a huge improvement for me. I've found that of the three light settings, the middle setting works best for me. When the strongest light setting is on, I continuously squint from its strength. The medium strength light creates a wakeful, yet peaceful glow that is non-irritating.

This light sits perfectly on my coffee table, at just the right angle, so I can wake-up slowly on the couch every morning. I love that it doesn't take up much space, and leave it on my table ready to go at all times.
