Good color payoff, terrible for your hair

Splat is inexpensive, which is great if you're looking for a bleach that won't break the bank. But, boy, does this stuff ruin the freaking hell out of your hair. If you use this bleach, you better make sure you bought some hair treatment stuff as well, cause your hair is going to be damaged and dried to high heaven.
