I was happy to receive a free sample (package) of poultry seasoning from Splendor Garden . A Canadian Organic Spice & Herb Company in Saskatchewan that produces quality , certified , organic products. My husband and I try to eat healthy so it was wonderful to see that it was salt free , NON GMO and gluten free. Something we look for on labels when we do our grocery shopping . I used the spice on a whole chicken that I cooked and we loved it . The chicken was delicious , a little spicy and so full of flavour. Needless to say there were no leftovers . My husband is looking forward to trying it the next time we BBQ , where I am sure it will only enhance and bring out the wonderful flavour more. I even gave some of my package to some of my friends who were anxious to try the Poultry Seasoning for themselves.
