Great improvement since taking

Since I've been on this Omega 3 fish oil. My hair and skin seems to have been the biggest improvement I have seen. My hair is growing like crazy my skin is more hydrated looking and feels much better. My nails are even growing so much. Each time I take this supplement it gives me a boost of energy. I also don't hear the popping in my knees as I use too. I also take magnesium and vitamin d3. Not at the same times but those 3 are my main supplements I have been on. I wish the bottle was darker. By reading in this product the safest supplements are suppose to be in a dark bottle to keep fresh. But I keep mine in the freezer. Haven't had any bad side effects that I have noticed. And I make sure to take it daily with a meal and a glass of water. Easy pills to swallow with lemon coating. I have never got the fish burps from this stuff as others had wrote about. Fish oil/omega-3 is good for you. And your immunity.

Fish oil is so good for you. It helps so many organs in your body. This brand doesn't leave the fishy aftertaste and it goes down well.
