I think this is even better than brie...

A triple cream French cheese, much like Brie, St. Andre is a delicious cheese. Made in Normandy, it is a bloomy cheese with a very buttery and creamy interior and a tangy, soft rind. I find it has more flavour than Brie and might be even creamier. It's very indulgent but it goes a long way - it makes an impressive addition to a cheese plate.
