I have heard of this product working for others, but for some reason, it doesn't work for me. A small dose does next to nothing and a larger dose barely works. The only occasion when it has worked was when I used it two nights in a row and it still helped very minimally. I'm sure it would work for other people (especially since I have IBS, which could be a reason as to why it doesn't work well for me) but the taste of it is very strong and not very appealing. I would say that this product is great to try once, since the price isn't that bad, but if it doesn't work, there's really no point in buying it again.
