I have used St. Ives Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control ever since I was in elementary school. As my skin is prone to breakouts, I really appreciate that the product is oil-free and contains 2% salicylic acid. It gently cleanses pores, exfoliates your face/deep cleaning all of your blackheads and really does help stop breakouts before they occur. It is sold for around $5, which isn't a bad price considering other Clearasil brands are closer to $10.

This is my favourite face wash. I used to be a proactive user, but after awhile it was just to harsh on my skin, and I wanted some thing with less chemicals and cheaper. So I tried st. Ives and I love it. The price is unbeatable. it's less than $4 a tube, I use mine twice daily and it lasts me over a month. It's gentle enough to use daily, and it doesn't break out my skin, it always leaves it feeling soft and smooth. In the morning after I wash my face with st.Ives and then put on my make up, it just glides right on, and I feel like I use less foundation when my face feels smooth. I recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin. I have sensitive skin and tend to break out with certain products, but I have never had an issue with st. Ives. Definitely a great product.

I love this scrub. I think it exfoliates really well, as my skin feels really smooth and soft after, and I think it also does a good job of clearing blemishes, as most exfoliators do. If you have dry skin, I think this will be much too drying for you, as there is salicyclic acid in it.

I feel like this is a good standard face wash for acne prone skin. I don't think that it lathers very well though, and I find that problematic because I don't think it completely gets rid of the oil or dirt on my face. I prefer the green tea cleanser to this one. This one is cheaper though.

I don't feel like this does a good job of cleaning the oild and dirt from my face. I feel like this sort of moisturizes which is good, but if it doesn't do its job, I don't think it should be called a cleanser. It also doesn't quite spread, and is really quite dry. I have seen this at the dollarstore, so it can be found for quite cheap

I want to write this detailed review for anyone who is looking for a new face scrub.

This is the scrub I used before I started using the Biore Acne Clearing Scrub. This one is just as amazing as the Biore one because it has little scrubby beads that clean away dirt of your face and it is also has a tingly refreshing feeling during and after you use it. I use this in the shower because it is super easy to clean your face and rinse it away. I love the smell of this and how smooth it makes my skin feel. This really helps with acne and blackheads because whenever I use this I notice less acne breakouts and blackheads. The apricot beads in the scrub are not harsh at all but I would recommend only using a little bit of the product to get results. I would also recommend not scrubbing your face so hard when using this too. I find the apricot beads bigger than Biore Acne Scrub and that is why I am telling you , you should use this lightly.

I do find this very similar to Biore and if you are looking for something a little more affordable this is a great option. I recommend this to anyone with ance and blackhead prone skin because it really does help reduce acne break outs and make your skin super soft.

You can find this product at your local drugstore, Walmart, Target and some grocery stores. This product is usually on sale for around 3 to 5 dollars.

Once I finish my Biore Acne Scrub I will definetly be alternating back to this because they both work great.

St. Ives Apricot scrub is a great way to exfoliate your face. I have very sensitive skin and it doesn't irritate my skin. Your face will be soft and smooth after using it and you'll get a much more clear complextion.

I have used St Ives for years and love it. It is a rough scrub which I like. I feel like it is getting all the gunk off my face. I cannot use during the winter though as my skin is too dry and wind burnt from outdoors sports.

I have issues with acne, and this was really affective! since ive stopped using it, my blemishes have came back. definitely need to start using it again, leaves skin super soft and refreshed.
