I really like this product! The price is defenitly right (usually $3-4 where I live) I use mine in the shower roughly 3 times a week and my skin always feels so soft afterwards! I don't know if it is just my skin type, but I find if I use it too often then my skin gets really dry so I wouldn't recommend it for a daily face scrub. Although if you were to use it daily then a good moisturizer would go along way!
That is my only complaint about this product and again it could just be that my skin is over sensitive? I don't know. I still think it is a great product and an even better price!
It's a classic affordable drugstore find, that does the job. The Apricot scrub is a little too harsh for my skin and I didn't find it to do anything much for my skin. If you're looking for something cheap to exfoliate your skin once a week/bi-weekly, this would be a safe bet. I much prefer the Green Tea Scrub St.Ives also offers, I find the beads smaller thus more gentle on the skin and I also love the smell of green tea!
I use this often, it leaves your face soft and smooth. If it feels too rough or harsh, try the sensitive version.
St Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub is an affordable facial scrub. However, I find the product too rough and scratchy on my skin. I prefer to use this as a body scrub. The product is very cream and leaves my skin soft and fresh.
This scrub is gentle enough to use often and makes my skin very smooth . I have been using this for years and it never disappoints me.
I use this product regularly and it's safe to use on my sensitive skin. I love how soft and clean my skin feels after using this product. I also like the light apricot scent, not overpowering like similar products out there. I've been using this scrub for years now and have been happy with the results.
I had very dry skin in the winter until I started using St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub. I love the way it exfoliates my dry skin and the fact that it's a great value for a very reasonable price. Bye Bye to dry, flaky skin! Thanks St Ives for this great product!
Très bon exfoliant , efficace et n'est pas irritant en plus il n'est vraiment pas cher.
This was the first scrub that I was introduced to. I understand the appeal of it - cheap price, nice smell, plenty of granules to slough off the dead skin, and easy removal with water. However, time and experience made me realize that these very granules were actually not doing favors for my skin. It felt like it was removing layers...but it eventually dried out my cheeks. Once I got into AHA and BHA, the differences between the scrub and the acids were even more apparent - my skin was a lot smoother and even with the acids and had no dry patches. There was also a glow that was not due to the redness of my scrubbing.
This was nice, but misleadingly so. There are better options to remove dead skin cells out there - scrubbing with very abrasive granules.
