89% OF CHICKS DIG IT
This might work well for others but every time o Trey it my face breaks put horrible red blotchy rash!
If you are using this on your face.. I urge you to stop immediately. Im a skin care professional. The beads in this product are not completely round which causes micro tears to your skin. The only place you should use this product is on the bottom of your feet!
Hear me out girls!
I used this product on a daily basis for years and thought it was amazing, until I went for post secondary schooling and received a diploma in Medical Aesthetics/Skin Care Specialist.
I would never, never, never buy it again and here is why:
The grains in this scrub are WAY too rough for your face. Although many of you who suffer from oily skin, many pimples/blackheads or blemishes in general think that this product works great, I know otherwise.
While it is believed that this product is good for removing oil, it also removes the good oils from our skin leaving it fragile, unprotected, raw, and therefore prone to comedones (pimples/blackheads etc). Although you may not see this with a naked eye, a trained professional can see the damage that using this causes. So while it is currently working for preventing acne, it is actually doing more harm than good (which you will be able to see in time). This abrasive scrub is hurting us, not helping us and. It also contains lots of alcohol which is extremely drying. It dries your skin out and dehydrates it (two different things. Contrary to popular belief, you CAN have oily skin that is dehydrated. Dry skin is a lack of oil while dehydrated skin is caused by lack of water). I am not a girl who only uses natural products, so I am not biased.
TIP: Go see your skin care therapist to discover your skin type/conditions and have them recommend products accordingly, professional products such as Dermalogica (worth the price difference). After using the right product for a couple months and your skin has had time to adjust, you will see a massive difference. I promise you will never go back, what do you have to loose? Give it a try!
In addition, you can download an app called Think Dirty and scan barcodes on beauty products in stores such as walmart, shoppers drug mart, etc to get the truth about what they contain, you will be surprised!
This product claims to be hypoallergenic however, after one use this scrub left my face so much worse than where it started. I think I actually had a mild allergic reaction to it. It smells nice but that's about all I got out of the experience. I had to throw it out after that first use and will definitely steer clear of it in the future.
I used this product once years ago and I found that it scratched my face and irritated my skin.
I am not a fan at all. I would use it on my feet and maybe body but never on my face. I used it when I was a teenager and thats about it. The beads are too big and dermatologists hate it and say not to use it on your face. Dermatologists don't like it because it can actually cut your face cause bacteria to go in and make your face worse. There are way better exfoliators on the market. A fine exfoliator is way better than one with harsh apricot pits in it.

I can't believe so many people love this product. The beads are so harsh and painful on my normal skin. On many skincare websites this is the product that is NOT recommended for anyone
DO NOT USE THIS SCRUB! Even if you don't have sensitive skin, the scrub particles are too uneven and will scratch the crap out of your skin. You don't see the damage, but as some people have mentioned, if you go to a dermatologist and get your skin closely examined, you will see that your skin is scratched all over. The apricot is way too abrasive and uneven to do a proper job. This product only does damage to your skin, please use any other kind of scrub.
I am not a big fan of this stuff. It is a little too harsh for the face to use every day. Better to use a wash cloth. The smell reminds me of a Strawberry Shortcake figurine I had when I was younger; her friend- Apricot - so unnatural.
The scrub feels really hard on the skin. I would not recommend this for use on your face, but legs might be ok. Not a big fan of the big pieces in the scrub.
