This scrub was easy on the skin, never left any irritation, but didn't effect my skin at all as a cleanser.. If anything my skin felt and looked like I had stopped washing my face. My pores got dialated and clogged, and got at least 1 pimple a week while using it. I usually will only get 3-4 a year at most.
ive been using this for about a 3 weeks now and its a bit sad but ive just realized its what is making my face dry. yes it works in all the other areas but it has a side affect of making your skin dry.
This stuff is not good for your skin. The scrubbing beads create tears in your skin leaving homes for bacteria to grow and break out your skin. Im currently looking for a replacement, but I do not recommend you use this on your face!
It's ok - I don't like using it daily as it just doesn't make me feel clean or smooth.
Unfortunately, I have sensitive skin and this stuff can BURN! It makes my face really blotchy, and the gritty texture hurts.
This product is good if you don't have sensitive skin. If you do (like myself), you may find this to be too abrasive, even with a gentle hand.
It has a nice scent and isn't watery, so you're not losing product down the drain.
It's ok not the best that I used,great for some one that has little or no pimples on the face.
Back when I first started using this stuff it worked wonders on my skin, unfortunately it seems to do nothing now, when I use it it doesn't feel the same as it once did and now it leaves my face dried up and even pimplier. I feel that the quality of this product is gone down the tube..
If there's anything I can impress on all of you.... don't use this product!! It's one of those things that's good for you in the short term, but in the long term it can strip your skin of it's natural oils and embed those little scrubbies deep in your pores. I recently just got a microdermabrasion treatment and found out that this scrub was responsible for mystery acne..
Do your research and try not to use something so rough!
The scrubbing kernels were too big for my skin and left scratches. I don't like this product purely for this reason. I would buy it if the kernels were finer since the scrub cream is actually decent.
