It's a nice scrub but it is a bit too abrasive. I do like the scent of the porduct but I prefer a more gentle scrub such as Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Pore scrub

I've used this as my go to face scrub for a few years now since my university days. i've now only use it once in a while, but I find it quite effective

Does leave skin very smooth and soft but it is a very rough exfoliant so it's not recommended for every day use because you'll just irritate your skin and cause break outs.

I will always have this in my shower. It is so fantastic! It is extremely effective but it's also gentle so your skin doesn't feel raw after using. I use this at least twice a week and my skin has never looked or felt better!

This is a staple every girl needs to have in their skin care regimen. I use this about once a week and it keeps my skin feeling soft and silky by removing all the buildup. St. Ives Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub has become a staple of mine since my early 20's. You cannot beat the price considering the amount of product you get. It makes a wonderful inexpensive body scrub for all year round!! I tan a fair bit thru out the summer and use it as my regular body scrub to get read of the dead skin.
