Bad for your skin

St. Ives scrub tears your skin. The exfoliants are different sizes making you skin uneven. Would not recommend regardless how cheap it is. Could cause serious damage.

Not very good

It feels nice on the skin and the small beads aren’t too rough or harsh. My skin did not feel dry after exfoliating my skin with this product, but my skin didn’t react too well... at first I thought I was purging but after a month and a half of using it the pimples stopped coming.

Very rough on skin

I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone with sensitive skin. The little pieces of apricot are very abrasive and can actually hurt your skin. I find it very oily and not great personally for my skin.

Would not reccomend this product

While the scent of this facial exfoliator is nice, the particles in it are far too abrasive. Something this rough should not be used on your facial skin.. will cause nothing but micro tears. I would rather something gentler.

Meh - Damages your skin

Apricot shells are too sharp to be used on skin and lead to damage after a few uses. I don't recommend this product to anyone who values the longevity of their skin.

Too abrasive

Not sure what new formula looks like, but this product has always been infamous for its abrasiveness. It wrecks delicate skin's natural texture an opens pores up for bacteria. It does feel great and smooth to use once in a while though.

Don’t put this on your skin!

Scrubs like St Ives absolutely destroy your skin! They are wayyyy too harsh and the beads create tiny micro tears on your face. Chemical exfoliants are a much safer and more effective option!

Do not use this

I don’t have anything good to say about this. It’s horrible for your skin. Do not use it, it’s a horrible idea. Too much fragrance and will cause tears

Terrible

Please do not buy this product. It does nothing but irritate the skin continuously and causes it to be dry and red. I do not and will not ever recommend this face scrub to anyone

Don't buy

This scrub creates micro-scratches and micro-tears on the skin that will eventually leave the skin vulnerable and inflamed. The ingredients aren't clean, the product is damaging-- this did nothing to help the flakes on my skin, but would rather irritate my skin and make it red from irritating abrasion. Would rather recommend chemical exfoliants over physical!!
