honestly this product was fantastic! I was dealing with some bad skin, so much blemishes, acne and scarring and this is one product that gave me a visible difference. I could notice a difference soon after using it within the first use there were slight changes, my skin did feel and look more fresh. After about 2-3 weeks of using this product most of my acne and scarring was gone! I have very sensitive skin especially on my cheeks and this product was not very harsh, it scubbed but it did not burn. After a while of using this product I had found out about the shells that are in it, and how they are actually damaging the skin. So I do not really know?

I love this product. I have fairly sensitive skin so I can’t use it on my face regularly but I love using it on my body if I get a sun burn and my skin starts to peel, cleans up all the dead skin!
It's got a bad rep but it works for me!
Okay, so this product has an incredibly bad rep due to the walnut shells being too harsh to use as an exfoliant on the skin causing microtears. I'm not a dermatologist so I'm not 100% sure of the claims, but to give my personal take, I've been using this product for over 5 years now and have not ever experinced skin sensitivity, breakouts, or feelings of wear on my skin. I think often times people try to use this as a DAILY exfoliant, and really, as a deep exfoliant it's only meant to be used maybe once a week at most. I love using on days where I get hormonal acne breakouts, the next day the redness is gone and my skin feels fresh and renewed! I also like to use it before I use more luxury skin treatments. All in all, I would recommed this product as an inexpensive exfoliant option!
NOT GOOD FPR SKIN!
these are very harsh on my skin. ever since i started using it my pores look more noticeable and i hate it! please be careful with this product. it will do damage to your skin overtime!

I have been using this scrub eversince. It is very affordable and my face feels so clean and soft after every use. This product is really worth it for its price!
