Too expensive for something of this quality

They are always stale or too crumbly. They are also to sugary, and you can taste it.
The cookies are either underbaked or overbaked, they are never perfect, and I find that I always end up getting yesterdays cookies.
The actual frosting is good, but as I said, sugary.
They are festive and fun, but not good to eat, unfortunately. Especially because they are expensive.

disappointing

I had the snowman cookie, huge let down, I'm glad I didn't pay for it, it was a birthday cookie. The cookie was over baked, not sweet at all. Had a weird smell, didn't even smell like a cookie.

Starbucks cookies are never fresh and chewy.
They are usually hard as rock.
They always disappoint me so I no longer bother.
I would prefer a cookie from subway or timmys even.

I found Starbucks cookies to be incredibly disappointing. They seem to be stale and like they've been sitting around forever because they are kind of hard and dried out but still slightly chewy and moist in the very middle. Also lacked flavor. Won't buy again. Ever.
