This flourless (and GF) cookie is on the new "La Boulange" menu at Starbucks. My only complaint is that you have to purchase a 2-pack (for $5!!) rather than having he option of buying just 1. The texture is just what I like in a flourless cookie - fudgey. It isn't something I would purchase often, but it's a nice treat for the bf and I to share.
