I didn't know how to categorize this drink because it's not really coffee, but it's not any of the other choices. I suppose it's kind of like a smoothie, but it's only a strawberry puree base. Anyways, this is one of my favourite things to order at Starbucks as I'm not a huge fan of coffee and the current special frappuccinos (Mint Mocha and Smores - I tried the Smores and I really wasn't a fan because of the chocolate syrup).
The prices are quite high but I use the Starbucks app and earn points towards free items and keep tabs on any promotions they might be having for extra stars (how they manage their rewards). I'm not sure if this drink can be made to be vegan or non-fat, but it is delicious and creamy in its standard form. The strawberries come through and together with the creme it's a classic mix. I do often recommend this drink to friends who haven't tried it and will purchase again.
