Pratique pour faire des boulettes sans se tacher les mains de gras. Une belle grandeur pour les pains hamburger, uniformité, et permet de conserver dans le contenant, tout ensemble. Je recommande.

Easy burger maker

I have always struggled to find lean burgers that my family would enjoy. I bought the Starfrit burger maker as it was reasonably priced. Although I was skeptical about the product. I got my own lean beef and mixed it to my families liking. I made portions of the beef. I placed one portion and pressed it with the press provided. Then I placed a separater (also provided) made the next burger, till I had all 9 done.
I stored it in the fridge and used a few for dinner that night. They turned out to be perfect sized burgers. I also take them out, line with parchment paper and freeze the burgers and can make a dozen burgers at one go. A really good gadget to have in the kitchen.
