Great personal blender or small tasks/ quantities!

I purchased the newly redesigned Starfrit Personal Blender 7 pc set in 2021 after years of using 2 other brands. I really liked that this came with 2 different types of blades as well as a drinking lid for on the go use. It's very reasonably priced and often on sale. I like the size as I wasn't looking for a full size blender, but something for making smoothies, chopping small amounts etc. It fits nicely on my counter or in a cupboard. The base, blades, cups and lids are all very lightweight. I found it did a great job on smoothies made with fresh or frozen fruits. I love that I can drink from the blender cup and don't need to dirty an additional glass, plus I can take it with me if I'm on the go. I can refrigerate the cup as well. I also really love that I can order replacement parts or additional size cups, lids, blades or gaskets for a reasonable price. Customer Service is available if you have issues. They've also recently added several colours to choose from now...grey, dark blue or red. So you can coordinate with your kitchen. I was very pleasantly surprised with how happy I was with it. I do find that the cups break/crack if dropped and that the rubber gasket can sometimes be an issue as you do need to remove it for proper cleaning. It is some what noisy, but I find that can't be helped without investing in expensive quieter personal or full size blenders. If you're looking for a personal blender or for small blending/ chopping tasks that's a reasonable price, I highly recommend the Starfrit Personal Blender. Since my original purchase I have bought additional cups and parts. During my search I found that many brand sets came with just 1 cup, or just 1 size of cup is available, or that additional cups and parts were costly, or customers were told that blades had to be replaced often etc. (every 6 months) and of course many were just pricey for what you got in a set. Overall I'm happy with my choice and glad I didn't spend $$$ for my needs. I do wish they would bring back the larger 14pc set.
