Healthy Tea

I bought this tea because it contained tumeric, ginger, and cinnamon, which is a fantastic combo to fight inflammation. It also contains orange peel, cardamom seed, and clove, all organic.
The taste is a tiny bit spicy, but it's mostly mellow. Good for a quiet day at home when you want to detox.
For a stronger and more spicy flavor, I prefer Stash's Ginger Fire Chai (with Mate).

Stash Organic Gold Cup Chai is my new obsession. It's organic ingredients leave you feeling like you are drinking a cup of pure healthy goodness and it tastes so delicious! It's decafinated so great for anytime of the day including the evening. I drank this tea everyday when my husband and son were sick and I didn't get sick and I honestly think it was partially because of this tea. Highly recommended
